Holding space for healing

Sometimes we simply need to be heard, and in the process of speaking, the inner workings of an experience, pattern or injury can unravel.

In talking therapies, we can do this through words, but what happens if the pattern or issue is held on a physical level within the body? It could be held within the tissue as a result of shock from an accident, a difficult life experience, or originate from a non-verbal experience.

The approach of Craniosacral Therapy and its light contact enables the body to rest and take its own space. It gives a supported listening space, for the subtler dynamics and tension patterns of the body to be heard.

Unlike any other types of deep rest, the physical skills of a practitioner help you go deeper in settling and releasing, whilst following the body’s inherent wisdom in healing to emerge.
